Jodi Hanna has enjoyed mentoring, coaching, leading and teaching others in individual and small group settings, spiritual and secular, for over twenty-five years.
Jodi currently co-directs a Townsend Leadership Program (TLP) group with Terry Ledbetter in Dallas, TX.
Jodi participated three years in the Townsend Leadership Program and has completed two years of coursework towards her Masters in Counseling degree from The Townsend Institute at Concordia University (Irvine). Concurrently Jodi is training with Katrina Hart at Bridging Harts Institute’s psychotherapy program in Allen, TX.
Jodi received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Texas at Dallas. Her life experience spans a wide range of vocational and personal pursuits including working as a paralegal in securities and corporate finance; organizing and leading multiple group mission trips to Russia; completing an intensive nine-month Russian language immersion program culminating in a long-term assignment in Moscow, Russia; administering the nation’s largest medical residency program at Brigham & Women’s Hospital (Harvard University’s teaching hospital); administering the practice of one of Dallas’ top-rated legal mediation firms; serving her church on its Missions Committee, as a Board Member for its Recovery Ministry, as a staff member in its Children’s Ministry, and as a teacher of its Peacemakers conflict resolution class. Jodi currently serves as Rhetoric School Chair of the Parent-Teacher Fellowship (PTF) of her daughter’s classical school in Dallas, TX. She currently leads a Bible study for other moms at the school and co-leads a process group at her church.
One of Jodi’s fondest memories is riding her bike 4,403 miles across America in 93 days, from Williamsburg, Virginia to Astoria, Oregon, alongside 9 other cyclists – without van support!
Jodi has been happily married to Lance since 2000 and they have one daughter, Katherine. In addition to the preceding pursuits listed here, she enjoys reading, traveling, NBA games, live music, and watching or playing the great game of golf.
