Having worked with emerging start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, Elaine’s experience spans a wide variety of industries: commercial real estate, architecture, construction, technology, engineering, retail, oil and gas, health care, financial services, hospitality, direct sales, government, legal services, private education and non-profits.
Certified as an Emotional Intelligence Expert, ICF credentialed Executive Coach and a Strategy and Team Facilitation Professional, Elaine’s process will assess your needs, create target goals and map your progress to expedite performance breakthroughs. Success is measured by behavioral changes as well as tangible business metrics indicating financial growth, heightened communication skills and greater employee engagement.
Elaine leads 2 TLP groups a year – one full day version in person and one half-day format virtually, composed of all women leaders. Elaine also offers individual coaching to upper level leaders and facilitates strategic planning and team off-sites for her clients.
Elaine, born in NY and has lived in Dallas since 1979. She and her husband Rod are moving to Charleston in March, 2022.
