Heidi Sadecky comes to the Townsend Leadership Program as a highly trained executive coach with over 25 years of leadership experience in a global Fortune 500 company. Heidi works with leaders to increase their personal and professional capacities, and discover and break free from the restraints which hinder their growth and effective leadership. Heidi’s own deep personal and professional growth within the Townsend Leadership Program fueled her passion to become a Townsend Leadership Director and Executive Coach.
Heidi is the director of the only Townsend Leadership Program in Western Pennsylvania. She is among a select few coaches certified in the dynamics of conflict, emotional intelligence, conversational intelligence, Gallup StrengthsFinder, and the Townsend Leadership Model. Heidi is gifted in helping leaders understand why they do what they do so that they can change the trajectory of their leadership to make a greater impact on their world. Increased self-awareness, conflict competence, accelerated performance, and solutions are all areas leaders in which leaders can expect growth.
Heidi has a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Concordia University and is International Coach Federation certification credentialed, a Townsend Leadership Program Director, and the prestigious Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She holds a Masters of International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.S. in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University.
As the director for the only Townsend Leadership Program in Western Pennsylvania, Heidi is proud to facilitate a group of leaders from the region through a year-long leadership development training program that helps them grow both personally and professionally. Groups are made up of both seasoned and emerging leaders who meet monthly for full-day, retreat-style training sessions. The program is designed to help each individual influence their teams, organizations, and community, for years to come.
Heidi, her husband Chris, and their two Golden Retrievers Tate and Willy live in Pittsburgh, PA.
