Jessica’s genuine passion for attuning to, empowering, and supporting others motivated her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in 2008, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in leadership and management in 2014.
Jessica’s own personal growth and development—both in therapy and within the Townsend Leadership Program—ignited her desire to become a Townsend Leadership Director. She believes women deserve to feel safe, seen, and supported as they navigate all seasons of life and is eager to be part of their journey.
Jessica loves the outdoors, traveling to new and familiar places, homeschooling her three kids, and spending quality time with her husband and family. Married to a first responder for over 15 years, she understands the complexities of life in a fire family.
Having experienced the healing power of connection, Jessica is passionate about helping women receive the same love and care. We are not meant to do life alone—let’s connect and flourish together.
