Natalie Dillow is a relational and leadership coach in the Orange County Area, specializing in helping individuals grow and develop their relational skills to enhance their personal lives and organizational effectiveness.
Outside of her work with the Townsend Leadership Program (TLP), Natalie is deeply involved with the infertility community and women’s sexual health. She leads process groups and provides support to couples and individuals dealing with the trauma and grief of infertility.
Natalie’s passion lies in helping women in all stages of life grow and flourish. She achieves this through her various women’s groups, some of which include workshops and year-long TLP groups. She also offers individual coaching for those seeking to develop their personal authority and gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University. She began her career in companies such as Microsoft, Redfin, and Moss Adams, focusing on Organizational and Training Development. She later transitioned to one-on-one and small-group coaching, where she believes she can make a greater impact.
